Advice taken..however on this case, ive done my homework - if your search on Lacoste, either in reviews on newsgroups gives you something, something is different from your TER than mine.  (yes I had edited fully the search (with excludes all off etc...)

because I was the one who was equally curious about this lady and posted a message on Aug 8 to get feedback on her. I have provided the link to that thread below. Though I never got many responses but whatever I heard was enough to discourage me from pursuing her further!

Joren, Go to find message which is the tab on the bottom left. Then type Lacoste in the search area and you should the string of conversation on her. You may have to go back more than just 30 days at times. Jeop I think he was describing a search under reviews and not on this discussion board.

I think there is a spelling problem also that would cause non-matches in the posting searches:

what i meant by newsgroups was the 'boards' (discussion boards) - what I have when I in forum, is a
blue button "Search Messages" that takes me to search form, yes I have fooled around with dates, and
name changes - i did this, and searched from reviews on Lecosta, Lacoste and I get no results - they farthest back I went was 300 days and I mixed all options for author, any words, all etc....

What I meant, if your search of newsgroups (search form) is the same and works the same as mine,
and you get results, your TER is different than mine, cause all my searches came up empty.

Anyway, once again, thanks for the continued advice for this 'newbie' - I do hope it at least paid
out in me giving some new info/warnings on what I view as "taking a few hits for the team"

Hello and welcome rookie.

I myself am a rookie by all standards. Anyway the point of my writing here is that there definitely seems to be some confusion on your part (something that all rookies HAVE to do). If you see this very thread I have posted above a link to the message that I posted on this board to get info on Lecosta. The message is dated Aug 8....so if you say you checked all the way till 300 days back..you should have seen this thread.....since you didn't...there seems to be something wrong with the way you are doing the search. The good thing is that there are always so many people around to help....enjoy!!
