OK I know I should be posting this on the newbie boards but, I'd rather ask these questions here since you guys are in my region.

OK after months of lurking i'm finally gonna try this hobby. First question for those who participate in this area, what is the preferred verification service in this area?(example p411 ect), i want this to go smooth for me and my future provider.

Also if i dont have references How can I build them?

and this is to the guys can you pm me any tips to protect myself so i don't get into trouble doing this hobby?

You should definitely get either P411 or Date-Check verified, both is even greater; especially if you plan to see any independent providers. I will not see someone new without at least one of these.  Once you have seen a provider, if the sessions goes well, ask her to send you an okay or verify you on those sites and that will help a LOT.  You could even ask her to White List you here on TER, and that will help as well.  

I'm sure others will have much more information than I, but as an independent I highly suggest getting verified with either one of those websites. It'll make your life a little easier

Personally I would say p411 is the better service, but I was recently invited to date-check and I happily maintain both services.

If you are going to hobby at this level you will spend alot of money, the least of your concerns should be the cost of the verification service.

Last word is that not all ladies use both, so each service has a special pool of unique providers.

I'm in the same boat.  I finally decided to take the plunge so I'm waiting for verification from both Date-Check and P411.  It was expensive but you can alternatively buy a monthly membership on Date-check if you're unsure whether you're going to continue.  The best difference between a month and annual is relatively small so I would just pay the year out so you have the option if you change your mind.

Is that there's no process to purge outdated listings. In the NoVA listings, there are many providers shown whom I know have left the business or area. At least on P411, you can see when a provider last logged in, so you know if she's still around.

I am a fan of p411. Once on board, it makes it very easy to find providers in the area and make appointments. The message service is a very nice communication tool as well. Look for newbie friendly providers to start, then build your OKAY list. Having multiple okays /references on either site builds your credibility with the ladies. I find it helpful when traveling, although other services such as RS2K are more popular in the midwest. I tend to have less success with the date-check site, and the provider responses aren't as consistent. Both do tend to have different populations of providers.

  As stated in multiple places on TER, the newbie FAQ's are required reading. Sticking with well reviewed, experienced providers at the beginning will ease you into the hobby. Get a hobby email and a hobby phone before you try for verification - makes it seemless. They are discrete when they verify (p411), but you can be invited onto date-check by a provider, so no "work verification" is needed. Enjoy your foray into the hobby world.

Just renewed mine this morning.  Feel like I am at a point where I never have an issue seeing the women I want to see so I almost let it lapse, but not a bad thing to have in your back pocket if needed.

Date check does have a mechanism for this, but at times it seems not to work.

I reported star whispering as  inactive but they still have not removed the listing.

Also, agencies and clubs place listings for providers who are temporary in the region.
After ladies move on the listings remain..
