How exactly was ALPR implemented in this case?

It's like I have to explain detail by detail for some of you. Unbelievable. Hey, not everyone has a GED like me. A GED is the equivalent of a high school diploma for some of you ignoramuses. Wow, you've got to be kidding me... No one got busted huh? Wow... Unbelievable. How did you think they acquire those pictures and didn't you noticed the background is the same?

Ever seen photos of busted escorts and Johns? Similar background right? Sure, he was on here for a long, long time. His screening was impressive. But you have to understand that there are technologies out there and in these modern times, EVERYONE is under surveillance. If you read my reply below about me picking up poop for a living, that it will make more sense. For those that know about surveillance in these modern times, then you know what I'm talking about.

They got Bin Laden and that dude was living underground... What makes you think they can't find someone in their backward? About the prolific writer, you don't "think" he got busted? If you say "no", then I will stop now with my reasons because because its useless for me to explain if you can't even get pass that part.

As for LE wanting to put on a public media show... Well, I would call you names but TER may think its rude. I can say, you have no idea what the hell your talking about. I can also say this, stick to well reviewed ladies.

Also, for those that have lived here for a while, you already know that this area is common during these times. In time, there will be another agency. AM I WRONG? NO. I applaud LE for deterring those BP ads. Too many fat, unattractive ladies in that site. Also, too many pimps, violence, and crimes are committed on BP.

Oh, I actually have to go to work. So yeah, I probably won't respond.

A few years a ago they sent emails to hobbyists of whom they have email addresses. They proudly announced that they've been causing havoc in this community. And it worked. I saw mistrust developed among friends and best friends became worst enemies. Posting pictures on BP is one of their tactics, and I know for a fact that they don't like people breaking the law and brag about it on the Internet.

(By the way, LE people, I have nothing against you. You are doing your job and an excellent one at that. :) )

I don't think we should stay away from MoCo. Staying low profile and seeing only low profile, independent ladies should keep you relatively safe.

Like pulling your head out of your....   Well, you get my gist.

Let's see.  How much would you like to bet that every single person that is on this site, and resides in, lets say MD, has a photo with the same background.  Or at least very similar.?

Its called a DRIVER'S LICENSE.

So what are the odds that two people, who get popped, are both gonna stand there with shit eating grins on their faces while the PoPo takes their photo?

Or that other folks would do the same?  If you look at the photos, there are two ladies, both of who appear red eyed, like they just got popped, with the same hotel stucco wall background.  All the others appear to have some type of DMV or photo type background.

Simple detective work could tell you that.

Now, was a certain person popped, or just named a person of interest.  I don't know, but I would assume since he has not posted recently that he either was, or he has gone to ground.

1. LE outed his town, posted pictures. Town was in different county that was not in MOCO.
2. One of the pictures has a particular name in it, that is pretty intriguing.
3. He screening was very good.
4. LE was able some how to figure out who owned the website either thru a subpoena or a snitch.
5. He was operating across state lines.
6. We know that LE has all types of technology to scan license plates to trigger alarms along with laser beam technology that can be aimed at window to pick up sound waves/vibration.
7. Recent disclosures in the press about a certain agency ability for surveillance.
8. Poster was very good with his words and use of Latin.
9. BP post along with others are still up. Seems like the lawyers can't get them taken down. While lawyers have been able to take down other ones of folks pictures who were outed by LE.
10. MOCO LE is not posting anything about the people of interest on their website.
11. Sometimes court records can be locked so the public can't see them for a variety of reasons.

I want to hear how that technology is relevant to this incident

They wouldn't approve my drivers license mug shot until I quit smiling .  They had six takes  before my approved frown showed up .  :-D
The arrogant agency genius  who knew it all ,  is the perfect candidate to smirk , while
posing for his  mug shot photo .
Odds are good ,  he  will squeal like a pig .
Detective work not needed ,  Common sense told me don't  trust his expertise .

Now that we know the capabilities of electronic surveillance. People need to be very careful about what they discuss in emails over the internet and certain keywords that will trigger investigations.

That comment about squeal like a pig has been done before. People use it as a way to get back at their enemies.

Because no one wants to get in trouble for obstruction of justice.

No, it was because the records were sealed shortly after the indictment: read the final page of the 34 page summary.   Obstruction of justice had nothing to do with it.

It's the same with DE: we will noy be hearing too much, as it is an ongoing investigation.  Obstruction of justice; link provided.

obstruction is if we send MoCo on a wild goose chase and come up with fake reports of activity and fake BP's to throw them off from the real activity and essentially burn-up their funding.

Money has limits...and if they waste is on wild goose we can cut their funding for the future.
make them look left while we go right.

I think they probably screen better and they cut off accepting new clients at the right time.

I think LE got accepted into some agencies as clients....period.  LE is known to sell real drugs to catch big fish....getting some action ain't past them and probably cost less than other options. LE could easily have an inside man that doesn't arrest, but just reports how the girls conduct business

could be a run of the mill informant or a detective.

Female Detectives have worked at strip clubs before to make bust for serious crimes be it trafficking, laundering, drugs etc.  it's not out the scope of things to have an inside client of some sort.

They have even done it for liquor violations, lol:

it is reasonable to assume that the many arrests that MoCo have made have also netted informants who have made deals.
