I know this is probably better suited for the newbie FAQ area but I am in the DC/Balto area and have lurked here a bit while trying to decide if I am ready to graduate from a MP hobbiest and you guys all seem like a good bunch and informative.

As I said, I have lurked for a while.  A pay lurker so I am reviewing and trying to decide if I can make the jump from MP hobbying that has become a bit too hit or miss lately for me.

My question is what is the best way to enter the hobby?  I emailed one provider but haven't heard a word back.  I desribed I was new and have no referals but am willing to give whatever information might be required.  Was that the wrong way?

Listen to jeopcon1 he gives good advise and helped me when I was new at the hobby

The area I am in and the companies that seem to be the most above level in this area are GND and Elite.  All the women are beautiful so I would be lost to name just one

Kennedy is the person I emailed (can't remember the name of the company) and got no response but I am sure it was my email lacking specific info that it either looked LE or just she is not interested with no referals.

UltraGFE is also a great looking group with great reviews.  They seem to visit here enough to warrent getting pre-screened.

Once a MP guy always one - I should know, I am one and still go once in a while.

But there is something missing in those sessions you know might be available from a provider. I mean we read the reviews, good bad and others, it's not like we don't know that providers have been known to ROCK the reviewers World - that's what isn't it???

E-mailing providers is a hit and miss - better to drop the dime and find the time to make the call, we know you can do it - we all did, some sooner then others.

So, let us know who's on that short list and see what comes back for help.

I responded to Jeop but being new from the lurking shadows, I think it will take time before my post makes it.  A necesary evil I am cool with.

I was going to call but is it kosher to call from a cell phone or is it recommended to be office or home?  I know the callback number you supply them should definately be a land line but not sure about me making a first call on if it shouldn't be a cell.

As far as the MP, I doubt I will leave that ship completely.  I are still nights that it is fun to roll the dice.  But there are others where you just don't want to chance it.

Lindsays group is also rarely a bad word said about any.  But them and what I previously mentioned are all I have checked and reviewed again to make certain I wouldn't be wasting my time or theirs.  Or to ruin any entrance I would have into this hobby.
