Any recommendations anyone?  

Looking for blonde and slender who are currently active, 9/9 in scores, 500 or less /hour.

Did a quick search and it seems there aren't many stable and highly reviewed blonde in this area for some reason.  Or I need to up my rate?

Looks like HotAngelena is active again, at least I saw some current note about her. Not slender, but well built and fits the other criteria.  Anna of DC looks very fine and is blonde, haven't seen her.
