I just think she is typing challenged this is what her ad reads:
"I am energetic and love to have fun, and I would love to meet you....  
I do provide incall in an upscale lactation in North West DC."  Think this should be location don't you? Unless she actually has found a new fetish. LOL

My guess is whoever typed the ad for her made a mistake.
