What do folks think about a provider adding a snowstorm surcharge if they do an outcall when a storm like this one occurs?  I'm thinking of 'For an added  $XX I'll fight the snow & come to your place for a session.'
The other side of that coin is, what about a discount for a hobbyist who shows up for an incall despite the weather?
In the first case, maybe you've got a guy here for a business meeting that's been cancelled & might pay extra for a visit.  
In the second case, maybe you've got a touring provider who is stuck, can't leave because of the storm & has had several cancellations & would be happy for the business.
Just a random thought.

It sucks to travel somewhere to have people cancel due to the weather. Understandable yes, but still sucky. Sucky... Is that a word? Lol Happy Valentines!
