NCNS is bad business practice; if she does it ofen it will hurt her business.  But banned?  Get real.

Do you want to be blacklisted for a NCNS?  Doubt it.

Should every restaurant that screws up an order deserve to be closed by the health department?  That's about how bad your thought is.

Grow up, post a NCNS warning, realize it's part of the business, and move on.

If she was having a bad enough day to NCNS, she probably did you a favor by not showing up.  I would also be curious to know how long you have given her to call and explain.  I would think 72 hours is fair, and then if you really need to know what happened give her a call.
