If you are referring to K-girl agencies

GFE+ means CIM.  I've yet to see a K-girl in this town with Greek on the menu, so forget about that.

Another way to get the hook in. So to speak.

It doesn't really mean anything. GFE plus and I have seen GFE plus PLUS! So no point in getting excited. ;-) If one just went off that alone they might be setting themselves up for a huge letdown.
