It can mean absolutely nothing, to BBFS, CIM (in case of K Agencies), or Greek..

It doesn't really mean anything. GFE plus and I have seen GFE plus PLUS! So no point in getting excited. ;-) If one just went off that alone they might be setting themselves up for a huge letdown.
