Great Scheduling! The scheduling experience matters as much as the looks and performance (to me). I used to ask myself why there are so many chicks working for agencies instead of venturing out on their own. I got my answer (the hard way) recently when I tried scheduling with a chick who still works with an agency but is doing some indy work on the side as she transitions to a fully indy. It dawned on me that the reasons I repeat with the few ATF's that I have is because they take scheduling seriously and are always courteous to give me a call if something comes up and they can't make it. I don't know why it's so hard for others to grasp this simple concept. There are also quite a few indy's out there who have the scheduling part down and I am sure don't get repeat business just because of that. Get your act together gals...it's not that hard.
