I don't see any compelling reason to stop posting reviews, unless  so dictated by common sense re a specific situation.  Am I missing something?

Every problem report you submit that is accepted earns you two days of VIP credit.  TER does this to encourage their provider profiles are as accurate and up to date as possible.  It also allows you to have VIP status without submitting reviews ...

I do not have vip status at this moment.

Cant hide behind alias right now not sure why i assume because not vip at moment.

I probably will not regain vip status for awhile.

Basically concerned about recent activity.

Might be a nice concession, although I am not sure how the board can do this, if we can keep our vip status until the current conditions change.

Not a complaint just stating a thought.

just afraid to post reviews right now does not make me right just my concern i bet others feel the same way.  Yet i still want to read them even if old.

But won't cutting off the supply of reviews just make things worse instead of better?

There are prudent fears then there are what I personally call Shee-people fears. Those which really have no basis in fact nor can you really justify them intellectually. All you know is the herd is running in a direction and  running with them 'seems' like the safe thing to do at the time.

I respect your 'feelings' and with regret I do not share them. With that being said, I do support the 'conceptual' idea that you should not post any reviews if such action would make you feel better. Then by all means do so with or in this case 'do not' with dedication and gusto.

I am not saying we should stop submitting reviews by being afraid. This would add to the paranoia. However, everyone should stick to well reviewed providers. Perhaps go back to the old providers that you have seen in the past. This would definitely have adverse effect on the reviews submitted, as TER wouldn't let you submit review twice.

And if someone stops you on your way out, remember what your momma told you. DON'T TALK TO STRANGERS !!!
