Tonight I had a client short me big time.  He had references and they vouched for him.  I understand I can't post his name or information here and I am not a member of the Provider Only Board.

How can I warn other Ladies about this guy?

I saw on your website that your tour fee and your in-call fee are vastly different.  

Did he accidentally pay your regular in-call fee?

There is no excuse for miss-payment, but sometimes it can be confusing if someone has multiple payment levels on a site that can lead to it being miss-understood by a client.  

I know I had a hard time reading your rates page due to the font used (cursive) and zoned right in on the "in-call" price.  As I reread it, then I realized you also had a tour price which I initially scanned over thinking it was your "PSE" price...

Did you PM him here or only use outside email?  There have been instances of guys pretending to be a member with good references.  It happened to me a few months ago.  If he doesn't ever use the PM here he may not be who he says he is.  Please don't warn other Ladies about the wrong guy.

Tour $500 and Incall $350. Now it is possible that he could have read wrong or there was some misunderstanding.

You should try to settle it with him before outing the guy. Mistakes do happen.

Just went out to your website (my God Maddy, that picture in the white fur wrap, and the one in the blue pumps, now my morning wood is back...damnit!)  I had no trouble at all understanding that your tour rate is $500/hr.  I then shot out to your TER profile, and saw the incall rate of $350.  If I had only gone to your TER page to find the contribution before leaving the house, which is exactly what I would have done, I would have had $350 in the envelope sweetie and it would have been a completely innocent mistake (which I would naturally recitify).  

Of course, the situation could have been much different.

To the dude who said "make sure you get a PM from the dude to make sure it is actually him", excellent advice.  I have had several providers ask me to do that, just a smart move.

I don't see how anyone could confuse that.... she has one price for incall&outcall for L.A. and her touring pricing as just that. I couldn't confuse her touring price for a "PSE" price if I wanted to. If there was a different price for PSE I would think (hope might be too strong a word) that she'd specify the difference unless that's all "included" in either that one local rate or touring rate as some do.

I concur.  Unless the site has been modified overnight, the only cursive on the Menu$ page are the titles.  No way that any of those could be reasonably confused as PSE.  

The dude should be outed (once you have made sure it really was him using PM) and you may have to join the Providers Only group to do that.  Just as I rely on monger reviews to inform my dating decisions, and pay the annual rent as needed, you need to make sure you have access to the information needed to grow and protect your business and provide info to other providers.

I doubt you would have made the same mistake, and it's not easy to correct unless you carry that much extra or the ATM is around the corner.



Her recent ad clearly says -

TER should consider adding Tour Rate to the list so they can update their profiles and then no question.

I think the guys intentionally stiffed her and should be outted to those who gave him a reference, and also those who gave a reference for him should be noted.

I hope she comes back to say what correspondence they have had since. Maybe it was a mistake. But I seriously doubt he would like to make it up, after the fact.

I will try and answer all the questions raised.  Yes he knew the Fee before he came.  My Tour pricing is my tour pricing.  He was cleared by a provider who is reviewed on this site.  No he did not respond to phone calls, emails or text messages.  There is no question he was out to scam.  It was a 4 hour appointment which he left 11.00 in ones and one 20.00 bill.   No, I don't count money in front of a client as I believe it ruins the mood and the fantasy I try to create for my guest.  Would you like the Lady to open the envelope and count it in front of you?  Would you take that to mean she did not trust you?  Yes, I know there are ways to check but I was too trusting that a gentleman is a gentleman.   Won't make that mistake again.  Hope that answered all your questions.

It was an agreed upon 4 hour call for $1500.  He was well referenced and the envelope was left sealed on the desk as expected.  We spent the four hours together and I walked him to the door.  I opened the envelope and the contents were a total of $31.  I ran out to catch him and he had already left the building and was out of sight both directions from my hotel.

A couple hundred texting him to say what an asshat he is might correct future behavior.

I'm sure you have already done this, but I would post his name on any other provider-oriented boards of which you are a member. Any one of the commonly used provider check sites would qualify. This kind of behavior cannot go unchecked.

There is no point in debating about the nature of the provider's site, is it an "honest" mistake, is it readable etc. This guy knowingly left a short amount. THIRTY-ONE dollars. There is NO WAY this could have been a mistake!

Perhaps the best defense is to always check the amount, no matter what anyone says. As long as clients are trustworthy providers can avoid doing this. Now that it is obvious some clients cannot be trusted, providers should have no problem checking donations before anything else happens. We as clients just have to accept that the bad apples among us make this necessary.

....that's a "don't let me see you in the streets somewhere" move right there. Sounds a little ghetto but I don't even care right now. That deserves at least a few smacks. IJS.

not really sure why any provider would have qualms about making sure the donation is covered before the meeting begins - especially when you are talking about a multiple hour meeting.  What is so difficult about checking the envelope (which, by the way, makes it easier to get scammed) while the gentleman is freshening up or while you are freshening up?
Any guy who is "insulted" by a provider who takes time to verify that she's not being taken advantage of is probably looking to take advantage of her.

And not really a big shocker that references don't guarantee a trustworthy client.

And i believe it is a great disservice for providers..... especially i cases like this.

I agree- it's unfortunate that this happens, but I fail to see how references make a client more "legit"- it seems that the scammers and deviants would stick in a provider's mind, not a nice low key guy - anyway, I assume that some degree of mutual trust/respect is needed, here, since the exchange of funds is a basic element in LE making their case

Please make sure everyone knows the name of this jackass/crook; this sort of behavior will drive away fine ladies like Maddy, who I hope to see in the future. Frankly, he deserves a whipping...

I prefer that the provider count the money. I would leave an unsealed envelope and then go wash my hands.

Bad news for any provider, but especially for one as fun as Madison.  You need to find some way to post the board name at a minimum for the other ladies.

There is a similar thread from from 6/29/12 with a discussion about TER rules regarding posting personal information.  I wonder if it is the same person.

Honestly, if it's a lady I have seen before and who knows me, she can trust that the correct amount will be there. But if we're new to each other, I have no problem at all with her counting the money. Why would I?

If she wants to be discrete, she can always excuse herself to the bathroom and count it there while he gets ready.

I don't consider it a problem at all if a provider counts the money - and many do it gracefully by picking up the envelope and excusing themselves to the bathroom while I undress.  $31 in stead of $1,500 is clearly an intentional ripoff.  I could see a mistake if he had left $350 inlieu  of $500, because frankly i have always thought of incall as incall at whatever place the provider was hosting - whether her home town or on the road.  But $31 is clearly an intentional theft.

Obviously, the best thing to do is put the payment rules on your site so clients know you'll be checking the envelope BEFORE you start.

I don't think ANY client should have a problem with checking the envelope DISCREETLY. I actually don't like when I put the envelope down and the escort leaves it there the whole appointment. This is due to an experience where a provider accused me of shorting her.

If this is the same guy as back in June he is impersonating someone with references.  Most likely he doesn't have any himself.

You ladies bring this on yourself when you dont count your money prior to the session. You can always go in the bathroom or somewhere discreet to count it. You dont have to count it right in front of the customer.
