DC newbie looking for some kind gentlemen haha

Next week I'm thinking about testing DC incall for Tues&Wed. I haven't worked there since I VERY briefly worked for an agency 3-4 years ago.

Since it's my first time..any suggestions where to pop my cherry? Dupont Circle seems to be popular on here.

I will be attending a gathering wednesday  which is another first if that helps

Dupont Circle is good for a lot of reasons......lots of good hotel choices, great attractions for visitors with shops and restaurants, and convenient to get to/from with the Metro.  Only downsides are parking and crowds.  Tysons Corner and Rosslyn seems to be the next most popular places.  BWI area is the 4th option but does give the Baltimore folks a chance to get there.

Dupont and Thomas Circle are both good choices as far as hotel options and accessibility. As noted above, Dupont has a bit more to offer for shops and restaurants.

Woodley Park also has two nice hotels, and good retail and dining options, and is near Adams Morgan which is a good nightlife  neighborhood.

Parking is equally challenging throughout the city, but the gents just need to deal with it if they are driving.

Tysons and BWI - well, they're the 'burbs, not DC.

Parking is a pain, but it is Metro accessible.

First of all I want to hear more about the gathering. As for location I vote for BWI. I work in DC and the traffic is just impossible same for tysons just turn on your radio and listen to a traffic report. BWI is accessible from DC, Balt and Annapolis. Lots of hotels with no parking issues and you can even take the MARC if you don't have a car. I suspect the hotel rates might be a bit better there as well. Goo luck whereever you end up.

As another member suggested, Woodley Park is a great location. Two large hotels with alot of rooms and just 1 stop north of Dupont. People can find parking and will hopefully find you....there is a convention at the Marriott  (where I stay) Sun-Tues....and it would be convienient for a visit...

What is the gathering on Wednesday? I travel here for business, and would love to learn about an "event" if one is happening.

I do have a regular incall in Northern VA Just not familar with the city..
