I'm thinking of visiting the DC area in my future; but after doing research I noticed that there's two areas to chose from - Dupoint & Tylers circle.. can anyone please share what areas to avoid & which are most convenient.
The best thing to do is visit both Tyson’s Corner and DuPont Circle if you can. Tyson’s Corner is convenient to different people than DuPont Circle (though there is some overlap); both will yield whatever volume you can handle and quality clients. Enjoy your time here!
My philosophy is that a good courtesan should always be at play. Dupont Circle is most conducive to that. It's in DC proper so it's central. More to do and more to see there. It's walkable. Better restaurants and coffee shops (Emissary and Dolcezza). Better bars. It's a quick cab ride to other neighborhoods like Adams Morgan or Georgetown where there's also a bit to see and do. A lot of yuppies, to be sure, but the tolerable kind where you just might see an interesting individual or two.
Conversely, if you've ever seen a mall and a highway before, then you've seen Tysons Corner. It's about as bland as any other place in Suburban, USA. If you stay out there, it's probably going to feel like you're working. Now, as far as clients go, you're not going to want for attention staying in either place. Stay where you'd be most comfortable and let your admirers come to you. I mean we're talking same metro area here. If a gent approaches this like a search for the nearest Taco Belle, he's probably not the most ideal patron anyway.
