a year ago or so the board was alive .. lots of posts and stuff so I spend more time on there reading mostly .. these days there isn't much going on so once or twice a week to just check ..

For me, seems like about an hour or two sporadically throughout the day on the phone or laptop.

Exception would be when I'm engaged in some conversation somewhere where I need to respond with some thought. Of course, thinking straight can get a bit difficult when the brain has become a little tipsy.
In this case, it can extend to 4 ~ 5 hours.

3-4 hours at night when I go to work. 10-12 hrs on weekends and when I am working from home...

It's my morning coffee and newspaper for national news in my industry so I read from many different areas.  I read some specific boards all the time and try to post as much as I can on my favorites. I to visit throughout the day when time permits. Evenings tend to be the over 60 board and a nightcap of hot chocolate lately. Been a little cold here in Orlando.
