Hey.. i see BBrain can cook.. Alan claims he can bake.. so i think us guys here should start sharing recepies.. or is that too girly? ..

what i like to bake is

WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE when ready i
Garnish it with mint leaves, chocolate leaves, or chocolate curls, if desired. Or serve with berries, such as rasberries or strawberries.

Serve with a dollop of chocolate whipped cream.

Now any guys out there can top this..

by the way before you start any jokes.. i am a guy.. well build.. 220lbs ..but hey... i like to bake.. is there something wrong with that?

i knew this cooking things was going to get me chicks one day :-)

. . . I've been telling my sons that for years. This summer my first-born is going to be busy learning before going off to college. The younger one had already started.

My first threesome was the result of inviting a bi-girl over for a home cooked meal. I have a great gazpacho recipe, but its best when we get fresh tomatos and cucumbers at the farmers markets. And even better if a girl "seasons" the cucumber, first. LOL

I left a recipe below for scallops. (I'm sure you can refuse this) That recipe was given to me by one of the local ladies about five years ago. I still have the recipe and I still see the lady.

I would be more than happy to send you a recipe for anything you like. I will say though, my cooking rarely follows a recipe. I usually look at what I have on hand and go from there.

I cook and bake and have been doing so longer than most people on this board have been alive.... LOL

I'm more interested in exchanging cooking techniques than exchanging recipes. Cooking is about creativity. I've started cooking since I a was 13 and did all the cooking when I was married -- that's 39 years altogether.

at the "It's Sew Easy" quilt and fabric shop.

about how men BBQ. There wife, girlfirend buys the meat, marinades it, trims it and brings it out at the appointed time. The guy starts the grill and throws on the meat when its hot enough. He turns it once, then takes it off when its done. Meanwhile the wife/GF has prepared the salad, potatoes and other fixins, as well as set the table and brought outr the condiments. She brings the meat in, puts it on the plate and after the meal everyine compliments the guy on his coocking ability.

Now I know that isn't what happens for all of us (I make my wife turn the steaks, too -- just kidding) but it is a funny story.
