I can remember at time when we had really great agencies in this area, that truly understood customer service. I have come to realize recently that two of the most prominent agencies in this area, really do not care about customer service what so ever.
For example:
One agency recently said "So What" to me, when I complained about a recent encounter that I had with one of their ladies, that was not anywhere close to GFE. Then told me that I could not expect to get great service all the time. Then finished it off, with a statement that they did not have time for my bullshit. This was all after she talked me out of seeing the woman that I had called to see, in favor of another lady, who turned out to not even be close to a GFE experience.
Another example different agency:
I scheduled an appointment with a lady and the "date" was so bad that I left after only 20 minutes. The owner of the agency begged me not to write a bad review, and said that she would talk to the lady and ensure that it didn't happen to anyone else. She also offered me a discount the next time that I used the agency to make up for the bad service. I was thinking great. Then when I attempted to schedule another date using the agency just 35 or 40 days later, I was told that the discount was no longer valid, because it had been more than 30 days.
On the surface to someone who does not know me, may think that this is a problem with me; however, I have been around this hobby for many years, and have utilized quite a few agencies and never had a problem ever. Don't get me wrong, I have met some pretty amazing ladies from both of these agencies, and would say that they do a nice job of bring some beautiful ladies into the area. My issue is more so with the way they handle things when there is an issue. An independent lady promoting herself as something that she is not is different at least to me, than an agency telling me a lady is one thing and her turning out not to be. I should be able to trust the agency to tell me the truth and to stand behind their word if that does not turn out to be the truth.
Has anyone else had issues with customer service with some of the local agencies? If so, how did you handle it or did you?
