I can remember at time when we had really great agencies in this area, that truly understood customer service. I have come to realize recently that two of the most prominent agencies in this area, really do not care about customer service what so ever.
For example:I'll send you a PM, I've had somewhat of a similar story about scheduling with a particular woman one only to be told that she is no longer available after I arrived due to xyz...but you can see so and so. Hate that shit...and the scheduler Doesnt give a shit. Wonder if it's the same agency..
There is one agency here that has wonderful women, but unfortunately for 3 times the booker has failed to tell the woman she had a date with me, even though I made it 2 days in advance. This results in my having to wait 20 minutes while the poor woman rushes to get ready. There is no excuse for this.
I'm referring to a group in Tysons, several latinas operating in an apartment complex.
Absolutely horrible customer service and hostile attitude that borders on disdain. More hobbyist need to vote with their wallets and not tolerate this BS.

Pretty bad. Never got a session off the ground with this agency. Was treated terribly after picking out the provider in the line up I was interested in.
I was supposed to pick out the girl this agency had imposed on me. Imagine sitting at a restaurant and having to eat what the manager insists upon.
I agree that customer service is imperative.
One thing we have to keep in mind is separating the behavior of the model from the response of the agency. If you're having a bad experience, it's easy to confuse the girl behind the door with person sending you messages.
I can imagine from the agency perspective that it can be extremely frustrating to try to align the provider with your goals of,developing and maintaining clientele.
None of this excuses poor, rude, or disinterested responses. Just want to keep a sour provider from spoiling a good agency.
I was not fully blaming the agency for the performance of the ladies, but they are responsible for how they react to a bad situation.
Because I don't use any of them. The DC agencies I've seen advertised are pretty low priced (particularly for a city with the cost of living being what it is), so I was under the impression that shitty service went with the territory if you hired them.
Seems like they're making their money on volume and that shit has its limits.
A perspective on agencies....we can be nice about it and call us clients and the ladies, providers, but we are johns and hookers to most agencies. Commodities where their profit is on the exchange. Take a K-girl agency with only 2 girls or a PV agency where a hot girl gives extras...be prepared to be treated like...a commodity.
If youve done this hobby long enough your going to run into shitty providers , piss poor bookers and agencys that dont care. Im guessing Ive seen it all , GFE imposters , late appts. cancellation , NSNCs. and pretty much everything else.
If they dont make it right, and some do, then I just move on. I try not to let it ruin my day. There is always another day and you hope its better than the last.
Remember ,there are no rules or regulations in this business. I will say this though ,there are a few agencies that are on top of their game and do care about customer service, especially if your a regular.... ,
Personally, I think that the agencies in DC are very good. I haven't had any issues.
