Touring to DC & Need to Suggestions PLEASE

Hell WDC!! Im coming your way and need some advice on a couple of things

1. Where to go & where to stay [For Incall]
2. When should I go Oct or Nov?
3. Hotel Recommendations? Nothing to fancy schmancy please and minimal security as possible :[
4. What should I do/see/travel in my free time?

Rest of us losers can't seem to figure it out.  
Kinda weird considering it's so unimportant, but I'm really curious... lol  

Staying in BWI is not a good look. They are cracking down heaviliy and sometimes pay the cleaning people to notify them of strange stuff. Just me mindful of this.... Hope to see you soon!
