Suggestions on where to dine in DC?
I pretty much like any food.

The new waterfront is lovely and great food.  I am near Friendship Heights and great restaurants and if you like Ethnic foods with a good vibe, try Adams Morgan.

Baked and Wired in Georgetown.  I'm hooked and that's not good

CUPCAKES!! in DC Germantown! in Maryland... (Gaithersburg) there's a place by Rio Center and the cupcakes are awesome!!!  
i go there every two weeks or so to that area and always get the box! lol yum!

A tavern, as the name implies  It's got character and history.  Great place to dine or just to hang and have a drink.  

Yup. It's a real piece of history and a classic, genuine tavern. 3rd generation family owned, and it's been in business for 85 years. I go there often.
