Crystal City Restaurant is a strip bar, and actually the food is quite good.
23rd Street are a bunch of restaurants, Thai is good as you noted. A bunch on Crystal Drive as also noted. Mccormick and Schmick has really gone downhill, don't go there. I recommend Paleo, too.
