A hobbyist or customer knows when he wants to see a provider and knows he wants BBBJ so the morning or afternoon on the day that he decides he going to see a provider...he goes to a clinic and gets tested. Now with his negative test results in hand he can check BP and find a provider who is offering BBBJ to customers that have negative STD results that day.
