There is absolutely no excuse for poor, lackluster customer service. With that being said, we want to sincerely apologize for the poor customer service any our clients have received. This issue has been noted and will be corrected immediately. Our clients and the relationships we have established with hobbyists over the years are extremely valuable to us. We can assure you that moving forward, the issues that were mentioned on the board will be addressed and corrected.
Read past posts. They have been trashed pretty badly in them. I have used them and only had 1 lackluster provider. She was very young and not in to the biz long. She had no lube or condoms. Lucky me being the Boy Scout. I came with my own. I left them with her on my departure. I will continue to use Classy.
I have only had a couple of problems with Classy One time I was sent to the wrong room . That was embarrassing to say the least, but what really bothers me is all of the photo touch up . On a couple of visits I've asked the ladies where the person in the photo. Lets keep things a little more real . A little touch up is OK but when you cover up the tats and take 20 pounds off that's a little too much. I'm not trying to put down your agency, I think if management becomes aware of the problems they can address them. Now in defense of the ladies at Classy I have always had good service.
I've spotted a couple threads over the past weeks talking about agencies in the DC area, response times, quality/number of girls, enhancing pics. Classy was consistently getting called out for delays in communication, sudden reschedules or cancellations, things like that.
I've only used them for the first time on Tuesday, screening and scheduling went like clockwork.

I have never had any problems with the agency. I will continue to use them.
I saw Chloe and Dani recently. Their pics are VERY outdated. A little photoshopping is OK but NOT when the pics are more than 5 years old or 15-20 pounds ago.
