Any girls provide real "Birthday Specials?"  The last two birthday specials that I booked, including a double from south beach, turned out to be, "Oh, happy birthday darling"  and then business as usual.  I am entertaining all offers--the kinkier and the more the better for next week.

imagine if any of the providers would really offer a birthday special, then everyday they would have a special as it would be someone else's birthday

so instead of asking silly questions, why don't you spend a little intimate time with the advance search button and read a few reviews and find what you are looking for?

on my birthday, would I get double discount?

I think I will have saved up a bunch by then and will have the biggest blue balls that may explode all over the place. Be prepared....
