I agree its derogatory, but maybe like calling policemen "pigs".  Its old school terminology for one IMHO and two don't think its warranted unless you're pissed off at someone and are on a tirade of name calling.

Everyone seems to have a different view on this matter. Just because I am a provider doesn't mean I am a slut. In my personal life, and when I am out in public I don't take my clothes off, I don't have one night stands and I don't go home with whoever.  

Thank you!!! It's just about how we see things. I can certainly take a joke, better then the next person sometimes. I have a sense of humor and definitely don't take sex boards and the comments made too seriously. If I did I would have a full head of grey hair!!  

Which on a webpage in the form of the written word is sometimes hard to get right when you read it.  I have had girlfriends whose eyes will wander over to check out other guys, just like my eyes wander to check out other women.  Instead of getting all uptight about it, I would jokingly call her a slut, and all the girlfriends I have had thought it was funny too, cause I had caught them looking.  They in turn would jokingly call be a dog or pervert when they caught me looking at another woman.  It was said in the context of an inside joke between lovers.

If she was okay with it, then there is no reason for anyone else to be upset by it. Some girls enjoy being called names, just as some guys are into being humiliated. We have to keep in mind that what works for some may not always work for others...

The OP got my point. This is topic that can go off in many directions.

I'm trying to play by the rules here so I won't spell it out, since it might be deemed "rude."  So just go back and read what you've posted and how you've handled yourself here and on the GD board in the past two days.  Look at the reactions you've gotten from so many people, not just from me.  Lots of people have issues with your opinions and the way you express them.  Really, it's about how your "mind" works.  And you've had so many months of not getting it and holding to your naive and intolerant positions that I have no hope you'll wise up.  So you deal with things in your way and I'll do so with mine.
As for the lady, you're going to have to start guessing.  It will probably become clear over time. Then again, given your total inability to "get it" on so many subjects, perhaps it won't.

Your latter hunch is correct. It is just that board. Those opinions are not representative of hobbyists' views on women or providers in general. It only APPEARS that there is a strong force of anger but count how many actual commenters there are vs. how many hobby (which would be impossible because most who hobby do not review). Keep in mind that most of them post under aliases. You have no idea if they even hobby. You don't know if they are even men.  

You overthought something that had nada to do with you and what ensued was an off topic sub-thread compliments of you. You didn't get the support you wanted there so you tried to get it here.

Are you the only one who can't see you're the cause of a lot of the drama?  For example, you were the one who insisted on taking a humorous GD Board thread about Fathers/Motherfuckers Day and turning a fairly innocuous comment about a slut into a complete hijacking.

A simple search will prove I'm right.  And who said I wanted you to stop posting on the GDB?  I certainly never said it and also didn't even think it. And this is another reason why people find you annoying.  You say things that just aren't true.  I'm not sure why MissMuff finds that cute.  I guess there's someone for everyone.  Better book her fast, before she figures you out.

You should change because...
1) You know so little and have so much to learn.
2) You are very intolerant of opinions that don't jibe with your own.
3) You continually make statements that are flat-out untrue (most recently, just above this).
4) You accuse people of doing, saying and thinking things that they did not actually do, say, or think.
5) You are defiantly unable to accept it when you're clearly wrong. i.e. your famous statement, "I'm 100% certain it's pee."  You may have come around on that one eventually, I can't recall, but  far too late.
6) You are unbelievably argumentative, responding to virtually every post and never letting anything drop until you've made yourself the butt of everyone's jokes.
7) Despite being schooled by those wiser than you, you refuse to learn.
