I'm familiar with the MD suburbs around DC and I've always thought of them as part of the DC site. NoVa / DC / Mont Co & PG County have always seemed like DC to me. Maryland is Balto, Hagerstown, Frederick, maybe BWI. I don't go to those places, too far away when there is so much wonderful talent packed around DC and so much closer.
