Assuming someone elses identity for verification.

Just wondering, if most of them would get rid of my personal info, esp since I am planning to move out of DC.
I called and the top 3 agencies, said they only keep names and phone number.  Would they substitute the real info for a nickname or alias?  How can I verify that?

Also, this is one interesting thing. A few people use their bosses, friends and even a state department co-woker info to get verified. They even submit their info online, when the police take over websites and stuff.
Yet, the police try to harass them?
It is hard to  believe that  the police would go after them, when they are innocent.
Don't they ever get sued?

Dose this happen a lot?

Now if(big IF) you got caught wouldn't you be in some serious trouble, a lot more trouble then a solicitation charge.

Well, some people hire escorts for their friends. Other times, some people ask their friends or subordinates to hire escorts for company outings and socials and so forth.
Also, some people ask one of their friends or co-workers to call escorts and they call from their work. Afterwards, they just use the original caller's info.
For police to call these people's houses without any good proof looks unwise. Think about it.
I am surprised there are not enough lawsuits over such matter. Maybe, the court keeps it silent.

any information gathered by LE from the files of an Agency does not mean you have done anything unlawful only that you have provided information to verify who you are.   Not that I would want that published in the newspaper but doesn't mean anything illegal has been committed.
