PII Disclosure Could Have Been Disastrous!

Imagine if any client had made disclosures of Personally Identifying Information (PII) as part of this "provider's" purported  screening process!  It could have occasioned his personal and professional RUIN. This is why no prospective client should EVER make such disclosures to a provider, regardless of what her "screening process" might entail.
