I will be visiting the first time and dont know much about the area. I am looking for a good hair salon along with a nail salon. I know there will be many in the area but I am picky on who touches my hair. I rather get my hair done in DC fresh than in NYC when I still have to get on flight. It just wont be the same as having it freshly done

I am looking in the downtown area.

One of their staff is a Japanese girl named Aye and she's fantastic with nails. She's been there for quite awhile, unfortunately a back injury is keeping her from doing pedis -- only manis right now. She's a friend of mine and super sweet.
