What's confusing about it it? He likes to call out a provider he likes that is here. If you've seen any of the providers listed then you can decide for yourself if you would agree or not on the recommendation for any, all or some of the one's listed in the thread.

If you don't like that they are letting the posts be made with pics report it.
But the policies also say something about not posting negative comments so you might want to check if you're suggestion of being paid doesn't cross the line as well.
