How long would you wait before calling an agency that had a potential issues of this nature? or would you not call them again?

It would not be a matter of how long....it would be never !

I mean, seriously.  With all the agencies and well reviewed independents out there, why would you even consider it?  You need to go with your gut, just like gwb.  If there is even the remotest question you don't want to go there.  Like dexter says: Rule #1 is don't get caught.  

I have to admit considering the same question, but unfortunately I must agree with everyone else. just too risky.
