I emailed support and got this back: Our hosting company in the EU is telling us there has been a hardware failure on one of the servers, and they are working to restore the site asap. Thank you for your patience, we'll be back online as soon as we can!
Apparently it did go down again but since then it's been up every time I've checked.
They should really explain in detail what happened. If they were being truthful about their provider then they really need to look at using another one that care about uptime and has backup servers. A 4-day outage is really unacceptable and in this day and age there is no reason for it due to hardware problems.
If P411 goes down for a few days, that's acceptable to me. I don't hobby every day so I don't consider their server problem a serious matter. I'm just glad P411 is still around to help me get screened with new providers. Given the lousy treatment I've received from local agencies like Jennifer's Models, and getting yelled at by the maniac who runs Bluegems, a P411 website glitch is small potatoes.
