I am returning to the ‘hobby’ after a long absence. I have used TER and the others to do my research to try and prevent a bad experience. It has been very helpful but I have run into something that puzzles me.... BBBJ’s and CBJ’s. There are many here that report their experience as the ‘best’ they’ve every had... WTF... In my former incarnation and the limited experience since my return and my private life I’ve had over fifty different ladies performing BJ’s with maybe three that were really good. This is not bragging, just letting you know where I come from. I know my experience is limited, especially of late compared, to many here.

What I’m puzzled about is how many refer to some of the ladies as ‘the best’ when I’ve seen the same ladies and found them ‘average’ at best. Are we overdoing it in our reviews? Or are some of the reviewers just not used to a good BJ? Do they know what a BJ is? I know its a subjective review, but it can’t be that much different.

This is not a criticism of the ladies! or the reviewers. I used to see some ladies regularly that were reviewed as the ‘best’ of their time, a few are still around but I didn’t see them for that alone they were just average to me then. There were other ‘qualities’ that I saw them for.

This is not a flame on anyone. Just trying to open a discussion on the subject, if that’s allowed. Don’t need to name names or flame or praise any provider or reviewer. Just what do you look for? What makes for a good oral for you? Or if some of the providers want to participate, what do you think gets your clients going?

It's not unique to TER, of course.  I've been disappointed a number of times over the years during my own experiences with ladies who had been described with superlatives by others.  Tastes differ, but sometimes a cigar is just a cigar, if you know what I mean.  After awhile, you begin to doubt the reviews -- and perhaps the motives -- of some of the posters.  As far as the last part of your question goes, its about the tongue and being sure the boys get the attention they deserve, too.  Afterall, they're the ones that have to finish the job!

Grade inflation is part of the story.  The other part is perspective.  People have different preferences.  Some guys may like a full-speed assault of a bj, some may like it slow and light, some others may have different preferences.  

Plus someone who has just had his first provider bj (or second or even third) is going to think it is wonderful even if it was below the par for most other providers.  After the 50 that you have had, you know your preferences and dislikes a lot better than a newbie.

Just my 2 cents.

In my first review of my first provider, I said that she gave me the best BJ of my life...and that was actually true at the time. A more experience hobbyist might have not thought so, but at that time I only had 1 other woman in the last 20 years to compare her to and that other woman can't stand giving BJ's at all (at least not to me).

There's also a bit of subjectivity to reviews that I just can't explain away. My last provider was so damn gorgeous (to me), that she probably could have bobbit-zied me and I would have thought it was a great BJ. Like as not she would not have have the same effect on others, even doing the extact same things.

I totally understand your concern.  I have a hard time with Reviewers who rate a massage with HJ release only as a 9 or 10 session...

You have to consider the source. When you are checking reviews of a provider you need to read the reviewer's other reviews. If you're lucky eventually you'll come across reviews of someone you have seen yourself. Then you have a basis for comparison. Some reviewers are reliable and some are not.

getting what you wanted is what it is all about... aint it?  And that shouldn't just go for BJ, that should be for anything... you cannot forget that you are meeting for the first time, and there isn't an entire night to figure everything out.  Give her a bit of time to try to "feel" your vibe, but if she is just not getting it, just let her know (politely of course, preferably in a sexy way too).  

The best way is to focus on letting her know what you like, instead of saying anything negative, personally I find that to be a turn-on.  If you like it sloppy, you can mention how you like the slurpy sound, and the wetness dripping down your buddies, if you like it hard, you can say you like the pop it makes in the back of you mouth, etc...

Not looking for a concensus, just trying to get some useful information out. I am well aware that we all have different taste, no pun intended ladies. Just good, accurate reviews would go a long way and as another poster said, maybe a little more discription. Best I ever had is not very discriptive if you've never had one OR unless I have 'walk in your shoes' and I really don't want to....LOL

As far as communication with the lady, that depends on the lady. I would be a little uncomfortable talking about my preferences on the nuances of oral sex with my first visit. Later, maybe. I have found some very sensitive ladies out there. I've seen some with so many rules you almost forget who's getting paid. That's what makes this site and others useful. You should have an idea going in, but poor reviews make it a shot in the dark.

I'm not an 'oral freak'. Its just a part of the experience, nice part, but just a part. You are so right in that chemistry is the real key. There were a couple of ladies that I used to visit regularly that were just so, so at oral but the chemistry between us was so good it didn't matter.
