I met some several agency girls. According to the reviews, they do deep-throating, CIM, Greek, etc...
However, many of them tell me directly they don't offer me that shit. One even got pissed when I tried to kiss them and they are advertised as "Very open-minded GFE" or " Truly wonderful GFE" and so on... I am usually not that mean, so I just tell them "Oh, I see... hmmm"  However, I feel I should be getting more for at least $300 a session.

First, let me comment on the list of services you mentioned. Now, most girls have the ability to deep-throat and some don't. Same can be said about CIM, some girls do it while others don't. The Greek usually cost extra, so I am sure you will get that service--again, some do it while others don't.

Now, you mentioned GFE. That usually means LFK leading to DFK, DATY, and BBBJ. If you are not getting these three services, then she is not GFE. When you mentioned Very-open minded, that means she is willing to explore and widen her menu. If you are paying $300, then you should automatically get the DFK, DATY, and BBBJ. No, I was just disappointed by some girls from  top five agencies in DC, found in TER.
Some of the girls didn't even let me DFK or DATY, let alone CIM. However, in the reviews guys wrote that they got CIM and Greek. I feel like I'm getting disrespected for my age or something. It's all about respect and control (you respect, she controls). I'm an older guy and as I've said before I'm not going to compete with the young guys in the looks department but I do my best to be nice and let the ladies know how much I appreciate them seeing me. When it comes to the services they offer I make it clear that I respect their boundaries and usually they will tell me what's off limits without me asking. When playtime begins I only take as much control as the lady want to give me. The more comfortable she is the better our time together is. Also the more times I see a lady the more control she give me and the menu tends to expand. My ATF was an agency girl when I met her and the menu was pretty good, but limited. With the exception of Pure Girlfriends it is very much an uncertain  territory  when it comes to agencies. Especially in DC.

Do you go straight to the action or do you at least make an attempt at small talk to make the girl feel comfortable with you? I find that the session goes much better if I chitchat a bit with the girl for about 5-10 minutes to break the ice so to speak. Most of these girls are brand new in the biz and you have to make them feel comfortable before they will perform certain act with you. It's not much different than a first date with a young girl except you are paying more than just dinner. A lot of young guys try to get as many pops as possible so they don't want to waste time on small talks. On the other hand, most girls like to be treated like a person and not just a sex object being used.

Well, I will go see some of them for second time and see if things change. If not, I will come and post here what happened. Hopefully second time I get a True GFE or better service.

Also, those I find to be good conversationalist and with whom I have developed some rapport are usually--but not always--better at the "bump and tickle" ritual.
