It is at my discretion to allow replies/comments to post in the daily theme threads. Some mods on some boards do not allow comments. I have in the past and will in the future as long it remains fun but if this bs is going to become the norm then guess what. I will no longer allow comments.  You decide what it will be.  It doesn't matter to me. And before anyone wants to recite the rules to me trust me this issue is solely at my discretion.

Good to know. Would love to see her...A post clarifying that would have been nice...Don't ya think? Till yesterday you were saying that she had absolutely NO PLANS of coming back to business, and today you post her pics. What are we hobbyists to think?

Thanks for your question, it makes sense now.

As of yesterday she had NO plans to come back. Today that changed...
I cant just come on the boards and post whatever like you guys. There are rules about ads and how we can announce certain things like new pics or saying some one is back or new website etc. Coming from me, thats an ad and I cant post an ad in DC until Thursday which is when I would let you DC folks know.

I don't know where you are getting at (and the horse is dead, at least in this particular thread), but seems you have doubts about something.

They really are designed to stimulate more activity for the ladies. So indirectly they are ads we just don't call them ads.  We don't allow negative comments in ads. Some mods don't allow replies in theme post because of the white knighting. I for one have no problem with comments as long as they are positive and don't detract from the spirit of the theme and thread.  In this case it was the cumulative effect of the various post that dominated what should have been a very nice and enjoyable theme thread.  Your question alone was innocent. What came after as a result of your post is what caused the degeneration.

I am getting so sick and tired of the whiners ruining what should be fun threads.  The negative BS ruins it for the rest of us.  

I watched this thread unfold, and did not say anything.  Then I read your comment.  For me it was the straw that broke the camel's back.  Enough already!  Can't you guys enjoy looking at the ladies without all the BS?!  Theme days are supposed to be fun.  I know some ladies who stopped posting because of all the negative BS on this board.  Just sayin'!

So once again my apologies for taking it all out on you.  That was not my intent.

You asked a question...  the thread went from a fun one to something that questions the OP.  
Justlayinglow questioned the OP again, turning a question into cornering the OP again.
Both were factual but by now the thread turned from fun to no-fun.

Then java made a joke about her returning because she probably needed money. I then added fuel to the joke by using this dumb handle.

Not one single person seems responsible but the end result is that we're all just a bunch of horny hobbyists with good intentions.... yet didn't know any better since we're always thinking with our smaller head. ;)

I don't think she was being deceitful at all, she just didn't know for sure when she'll return. However,  posting about her return the very next day was indeed odd, and was the reason for you and JLL to ask for  clarifification to the confusion esp after claiming her retirement..

Assistant also made the joke first herself (about this biz being great for the girl when money runs low, on the ad board ), so that's what prompted java6996 to rehash that joke. Clearly, It wasn't something he pulled out of his ass just to be sarcastic or mean.

It looks to me like none of us were trying to be rude but merely reacted according to the "odd situation"... Might have saved the day if she wrote a short "she has returned" in the original post of this thread to clarify the quick return, but maybe even that she wasn't to blame due to the ad posting rules.

Imho nobody's fault... but entirely the fault of confusion from misunderstandings.

Sometimes its hard to tell a serious post from a humorous post in a 2 dimensional medium such as a discussion board... Only if people would double check their posts just to make sure that they are not misconstrued, we would all be a lot happier...
