The realtor doesn’t need to know your occupation. Only the bank does for your loan. I wouldn’t worry about the realtor they benefit from selling you the house. If you file taxes the occupation you list on those I recommend using that when applying. Usually realtors want you to have a loan approval before they show you houses so you shouldn’t have to tell the realtor anything except to show them the approval letter.
