Hello, I am visting the city this month and wanted to know what are some places and things I should check out. I am really into the arts, books and food. So anything revolving around that would be amazing. Also I am looking for a hotel to stay at so if you have any suggestions you can just PM that would be great!

On a nice day, I enjoy Central Park, a bite in Korea Town, or checking out a Museum.

One of the best steakhouses in NY. Btw,  it's CASH only. The meat packing district is always a good place to hang out. I won't name any hotels, but midtown east is a good area for incall.

depending on what you like, there is a very exciting and vibrant "new music" scene largely in Brooklyn, but also in Manhattan. This is music that is mostly made by classically trained musicians in their 20s and early 30s but who have been influenced by, and often perform, rock, jazz and new age.  A big venue for this is National Sawdust; also, the Stone in Manhattan (www.thestonenyc.com) is owned and run by John Zorn, one of the godfathers of new music.  It does two short sets a night in a refreshingly spare and bare venue (no food or drink), for the bargain price of twenty bucks.
