First let me say that I am enjoying Arizona so much!  I also would like to say that I appreciate the hospitality from some of the locals.  I had the change to go downtown and try a restaurant out called the Rum Bar.  I enjoyed the ambiance,  the drinks were amazing,  but the food was sub par.   I would like help with some must try eateries while I'm in town.  No matter fancy or hole in the wall places,  tell me some must try places before I leave.

I know it's a chain but I was never disappointed in their Cajun style seafood.  Another good sign is that they are always packed full.

Rawhide Wild West Town (Phoenix Location not Chandler) There’s Stagecoach, Train Rides, Camel Rides,  Saloon,  Old Western gun fights, and Great steak house.  It’s a Disneyland for the old west and you’ll have a great time.

I always liked Pinnacle Peaks Patio when they were in business.

Mission and Tapas Papa Fritas. Both are in Scottsdale.

Kind of an eclectic three some, but all worth a visit

Lon's at Hermosa is not what it used to be. The management at Hermosa has let the whole place go down hill. Still in a beautiful location, but the food is way below par and the service stinks.
