I wish I could be so optimistic about life.

Honestly, she does seem a bit detached from reality, or at least from the reality I inhabit.

1)  I know plenty of situations in which hobbyists have chosen to be financially generous to (GG) providers beyond "pay for play."  

2)  Many TS providers opt for expensive plastic surgery, including some pretty radical stuff, e.g. removal of ribs.  This costs money, and many TS girls finance the surgery by being providers.  This young lady seems to be trying to leapfrog the providing part, but if she pulls it off, more power to her, I guess.

3)  Speaking just for myself, I've developed some idiosyncratic views on the subject.  I'm skeptical about implants (though not completely opposed); in fact, I know at least one TS woman who has developed lovely B-cup breasts with hormones only.  And the idea of plastic surgery to truly change appearance (butt implants, rib removal, etc.) just makes no sense to me.
