I've seen the photos on the Roxannna ad before and read some good reviews but the number 323-770-2626 came out under not just Roxanna but Johanna w/ different px.
So safe to say its fake ? 
I was hoping to see someone new. Can anyone confirm this? thanks
Pics of Roxanna are real and the person who will answer the door. She has been in Hollywood for years. Just got a text of her with a fluffy dog about a week ago 
Seriously. She goes by many names, in the LA Express under Samantha and a few other names. In the LA Express, uses a number that ends in 7014 if I am not mistaken. She is energy charged and delivers but also works lower rates and is higher volume, meaning she might pick up the phone while you are there.
fake pics in your link (lower ad) I have traced those pics back to JohannaB using fake ones before. Must have shared phone but the name you list, is a version of her name, so figure thats the fake element here.
