Mostly experience and common sense. Certain ads are so over the top ridiculous that it simply boggles the mind. This ad is one like that. These are clearly pictures of a porn actress, likely from South America, that a scammer has lifted from somewhere. I hope the OP doesn't go, as he'll be disappointed, or worse...
I do not know how you could read that ad and not think it was fake. As was stated it is over the top and has key words thrown in to grab peoples attention.
This ad is like a used car sales man telling you the previous owner was a little old lady that only drove the car to church on Sundays.
