That's why I went in with an open mind and no expectations...didn't think that would be fair to me or the provider. I've been with three TS ladies and I found beauty in all three of them...one incredibly feminine and the other two to a lesser degree but I never once felt like I was with a guy or a lumberjack haha...the experiences were unique and wonderful. I think something important for other newbies is that you can't expect it to be like a GG (or even a GG with a strapon if you're a receiver)...just go in with the thought that you are exploring your own sexuality. Ok so I've always been interested in TS and have seen about 12 to date now over the past 6 months (all ethnicities/all levels of beauty and passability/all things done). Here is my gut-check check list for all those that have been curious or are new to booking TS experiences....
1) If it's too good to be true...it probably is: The whole looking for 'a chick with a d**k' thing is very very hard in terms of finding a truly passable beauty. Most of the pics even on the higher end listing services like Eros are not real. If the pic truly looks too much like a real chick she probably is (google image search is your friend or ask here on the boards if you can't find a review)
2) Photographer lighting wears off in person big time on the TS side: A lot of pics that you might 'ooh and aah' about are not going to translate over well in your in-person visit in most cases. A lot of TS pics are photoshopped with a great degree of professionalism (best angles, best lighting, etc). In person, you may get more of a rougher and unpolished look that sometimes could be jarring so be prepared. BIG HINT: Always look through all of their pics....chances are they have posted a candid photo somewhere so you can get a true feel for what to expect in person
3) A good sign to tell if they are real: is to look for something peculiar about the face. Maybe its just me but there is always something that makes you squint even about the most passable TSs out there. If that signal doesnt go off when looking at a profile then in most cases it's probably a fake pic of a real chick
4) Another thing that you'll find is that TSs may and frequently do post pics of people (typically real chicks) who are 'close enough' to their look (reading reviews can clear that up easily). I recently saw someone who had a lot of great reviews but everyone said it wasnt her but very close. Those reviews were spot on and she was cute and very close to the pics she posted. Sometimes they will mix pics of themselves and their true-female doppleganger just to keep you hooked. Look for the little details
5) Be prepared for man-hands or man-feet: Not to be rude but I've seen this in over 50% of my escapades....when the TS takes off her heals or stocking or whatever -- its quite possible that you're going to see some veiny strong looking hands or feet. This may or may not be a turn-off for you -- but be prepared for it. I've only met 2 totally passable and feminine TSs with feminine hands and feet
6) If you want to bottom...prepare yourself. So if you're going to 'there' with a TS -- and you're a first timer. You may want to buy a small dildo or butt plug and slightly work your way up over several days to weeks (and especially that day of) because going in unprepared and you're going to be in for a rude awakening of pain which may lead to an unpleasurable experience. You may want to do some reading up in general on anal as well (what to expect -- what to be weary of - knowing that it shouldnt be a bang fest in most cases on both sides). Taken calmly and coming in prepared can be a wonderful experience. Going in fresh and its a hurt fest.
7) If you want to top....prepare yourself. So if you're going to 'here' with a TS -- and you're a first timer for anal. Just know that you just might see some dooky on your wrapper on the pull-out.

It is impossible to find any TS passable once you know the secret. Her 'secret' You're on guard. Wary. Warning: possible lumberjack ahead! Danger Will Robinson, Danger!! Hyper-vigilant, hyper-scrutinizing, peering, searching, looking for the slightest flaw to prove her birth sex. The respectful guys do it discretely. The clueless just stare.
And that is a major reason why so many girls post-transition go stealth, burn their past bridges and any association(s) with trans*, and disapear into society. Who wants to live with a already loaded die in the minds of men? And women?
