IS there anywhere other than outside Berlins, where I can find TS working the streets?

I enjoy driving by when I'm in the area but not to pick up.  Thats not only dangerous because you do not know the person but a problem waiting to happen with LE.  In LA I hear if you get caught, they seize your car.  I like my car and its financed.  That would really suck.

I think they did away with that law a couple of years ago as a civil rights violation - depriving title holders of their property without due process, etc.  Not sure if it was reinstated or not.

Anyone want to buy a Nissan Sentra with a dented door?  Great cruising car and if it gets seized they can keep it and you'll be ahead of the game since you won't have to pay for repairs.
