What's the deal with pricing on TS escorts.  Most list their prices in the $250-$350 range.  Is that generally all inclusive?

I have seen one TS here in Seattle so far.  Her price was $250 and it was definitely all inclusive!  BBBJ, anal, lots of DFK and she even popped at least once during our session.  I am actually going to see another one this weekend - maybe even two of them on different nights depending on scheduling.  mainly I would look for reviews of them.
