Woburn is popular with a lot of business travelers because it's close to Boston, it's right by 95 and 93 and the hotels are a lot cheaper than staying in Boston. The hotels in Boston also get booked up a lot, especially in the fall when you have holidays, trade shows, the head of charles and other events that bring in a lot of out of town visitors. Also Woburn has at least 10 hotels, they're just not all grouped together so it looks like it doesn't have a lot of hotels.
Woburn hotels/motels have free parking which is a big plus. Most LEO do not bother with busting TS girls as they do with AMPs.
