With all due respect Mr. Reposado, and its only my opinion, I consider TS Cherie a mature asian provider who has a solid reputation and is going to make sure you leave with a smile on your face.  When I think of spinner, my vision is a 20 something 90lb girl with a rocking body and maybe 5' tall tops.  Now not to take anything away from TS Cherie because her reputation is great.  But if you think about who may be available for what I described, I feel the options are limited.
