Holiday Inn and Marriott have good rates. You'll find the business better there than in DC too.

the park plaza in boston and doubletree on tremont street offer good downtown locations that are very close to a popular boston drag bar.  I know that boston would love to have you.

Also in the same area is the Radison which is the closest hotel to Jacques, the bar that Cabriac was referring to.
