Pre-op and post-op are both trans. Pre-op essentially means they still got a cock. Post-op means they got their cock removed and now have a man made vagina. There are significantly less post-op providers. You would have more luck in some other countries, like Thailand. On top of them being fewer, hardly any active ones are reviewed. There are a few. But depending on your location, it may or may not work out and you might have to consider TOFTT if you really want a post-up.

Cisgender just means their gender identity matches their birth sex. No need for a search term. Your average female provider is Cisgender.

I seem to be very naive about the differences between, pre-op, post-op and cis girls. I have seen a few transexuals based on reviews here on TER as pre-op. Most were beautiful with feminine features. I prefer that for attraction. I have tried a seach here for post-op but get nothing. Now I'm hearing the term Cisgirl that many prefer. Oh, please help me to understand the differences between the three. I'm not getting it. Also "CIS" is not a choice when looking at reviews. As I said, Ive seen only pre-op trans as shown as a choice when searching reviews. So I like girls who have feminine features with curves and are larger up top with great positive attitude to have fun together.

Help be understand this so I can be respectful and have knowledge when making further choices.

It is all very simple. Pre-Op means pre-operative and post-op means post-operative. It refers to gender-affirming “bottom” surgery aka genital reconstruction. In this world, it usually signals whether a Trans gal still has a penis or has had it removed. Pre-Op means she’s still packing and has a cock. Post-Op means they’ve had it removed and replaced with a vagina.
.
Cis short for Cisgender, which is the opposite of transgender. Cis is just a word to describe women who aren’t trans. A Cis woman is someone that was born a woman and still wants to be and presents as a woman. In the past people used GG or G-Girl, which means genetic girl. This word is considered offensive, so people have starter using Cis. So basically, Cis is a woman that is not transgender. You don’t need a specific filter, just click “no” in the “is transgender” label.

I appreciate the clarification. It was simpler than I was making it out to be. The word Cis just seems to refer to a women who stayed with her gender assignment at birth but can be straight, lesbian or BI. Correct?

It's about them being born a woman and still identifying as a woman. But she can find men, women, or both attractive. She can even find trans women and men attractive. It has nothing to do with who she fucks.
