I was curious if some of you more experienced travelers have strong recommendations on which countries/cities outside of the US you might steer someone toward, if he wanted to meet some of these unique women we all admire.
Obviously, hoping to avoid places where LE is a major issue and where general safety of tourists is not a problem.

I can second London! It can't be beat for variety. Brazilian, Thai, Black, European and of course the best place on earth for hardbody TVs. It's Rio and Bangkok on the Thames. The prices are almost universally 150 pounds, which is far cheaper than NYC.

There were a ton of sites that had girls when I went, but Eros was good. Search the forum, you should find some... When I was there, the girls were from all over the world; South American girls, Brazilian girls, Asian girls, European girls. Might be a nice way to sample some world talent without the dangerous travel as London is very safe.
Been to Brazil 1x in 1989 and Thailand 21x from 1999-2015. I did not feel safe in Brazil. Also, I worked with someone who was born in Brazil and now lives in the US, and he was mugged in Brazil and the muggers took everything, leaving him butt naked.

It's too bad the crime is so bad in Brazil. I'd really like to visit there someday. It seems like there is such a rich culture and all the people I've met from there have been great. Will be curious to see if things get cleaned up leading to the Olympics.

Phuket and Pattaya, are two beach areas where you will find many LBs in addition to Bangkok. Phuket is a 1-hour flight from Bangkok, then Patong Beach one of the main Phuket beaches, is about 45 min drive from the Phuket airport. The Patong Beach bar area is centered around Soi Bangla where you will find Cocktails & Dreams (C&D) and a couple more LB bars on Soi Crocodile and nearby you will find Tootsie massage where you can get a massage and other services from a LB. Not as much LBs in Phuket as in Bangkok or Pattaya but a nice beach resort area. If you go to other Phuket beach areas, Karon, Kata, Kamala, there may not be a dedicated LB bar, but you may find a LB working in a regular bar, but I don’t know since I have only visited Patong Beach in Phuket.
Pattaya is a 2-hour drive via bus or taxi from Bangkok and may have more LBs than Bangkok, but the ocean water may be polluted. The LBWVB event has been held in Pattaya the last 4 yrs. Some of the more popular dedicated Pattaya LB bars are: New Sensations Bar, Baby Boom A Go Go, La Bamba Bar, TJs Music Bar, Kings Bar, 69 Bar, Lita Bar, and similar Bangkok LB bars are: Check In Bar, Charades, Temptations, Casanova, A Fairy Bar, and Cockatoo Go-Go Bar. There are two major cities where mongers visit in Thailand, Bangkok and Pattaya.
Bangkok is the closest to the airport and has two major adult locations where you can find ladyboys. Nana Plaza is probably the most known and Soi Cowboys.

I love Nana Plaza. I stay at the Nana Hotel which is literally across the street from Nana Plaza. A stones throw from 100+ LBs. I love the convenience of choosing a girl and then having her meet me at my room. I don't like to walk back to the hotel girl in arm mainly to avoid other girls seeing and it's just uncomfortable for me. I understand there is a new LB bar there. That makes 5 now.
There is some good info on this site about mongering in Thailand. It has been a while since I looked, but pretty sure it was on the Asia discussion board. Lots of good info to be found if you spend a little time researching.
On that same board, there were some strong recommendations for the Philippines. From what I read, the language barrier is much less of an issue there. I've never been to either place, but if I was in the region I'd like to check out both.
I went to Brazil (Rio) about 10 years ago. Not sure how things have changed since then (for better or worse), but I didn't run into any trouble there. I have friends who have traveled there numerous times without trouble. If you go, definitely be aware of your surroundings and use common sense. The exchange rate is highly favorable right now too.
The problem with Brazil is, if you don't speak Portuguese it will be hard to do anything outside of regular tourist stuff. Most of the time, you can function in Thailand with English. Everything is out in the open in Thailand. Brazil is still not as accepting to Trans. I find Brazilians more attractive but you can't beat Thailand for price and numbers. They're both too far away though.
